He manipulated the world of the living to form a cultist group of assassins called the Dark Brotherhood, lead by the group of 5 called the Black hand. Sithis is looked to as their unholy matron and night father.Those who are hired to kill, the victim's blood is offered to Sithis and the soul of the victim shall be devoured by Sithis to feed his ever growing power.
